Color:  Light red

Nose:  Oak, cinnamon, spice

Taste:  Spice, cedar, vanilla, cranberries, minerals, tannic

Finish:  Medium with intense spice flavors

Evaluation:  Simple wine with a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet, and Mouvedre.  Needs food.  83 points

2007 Domaine Pique Rogue Cotes De Provence Rose $$

Color:  Pink

Nose:  Mineral, strawberry

Taste:  Mineral, lemons, strawberry

Finish:  Short but with a nice kick

Evaluation:  Really well made wine 87 points
